一、Features:
1. Unique structure and large suction capacity: the air inlet and outlet are designed to be cone shaped; the cone penetrates into the impeller, and the structure is solid and reliable, compared with the traditional plane design; the cone shaped design has a larger amount of air extraction and thus more energy saving, which will inevitably bring considerable economic benefits in actual production
2. High efficiency: the two-stage pump divides the workload of the original pump into two parts. The temperature rise of the liquid ring in each stage is not large which basically does not affect the efficiency.
Life expectancy: a double-stage cone designed to make the outer end of the impeller side to be small, and there's only one motion that doesn't need the inner lube, and there's no problem of cavorting and corrosion problems running smoothly, wearing low, and life expectancy is longer than regular flat vacuum pumps.
4. Good condensation effect: the working capacity of the two-stage cone type liquid ring pump increases with the decline of sealing liquid temperature, and the cooling water is sprayed at the inlet of the pump to cool the air and steam in the inhalation and reduce the gas volume, thus doubling the pumping capacity, saving the working capacity of the pump and reducing energy consumption.
