2BE1+P are a set of 2BE1 series vacuum pump and P type atmospheric injector. Our company uses the characteristics that the suction pressure is lower than vacuum pump inside the injector, the ejector is set up in front of the water rings to increase the pressure of the intake of the vacuum pump, eliminating the "extreme suction pressure" of the vacuum pump and the limitation of the pressure of the condenser and the gas and noise problems of the single-stage pump, a new type of product has been designed and developed.

1. Expanded the suction range of 2BE1 vacuum pump: equipped with the injector, the ultimate suction absolute pressure can be up to 8hPa.
2. Increased the pumping capacity of 2BE1 under the absolute pressure of < 60hPa.
3. Improved operation reliability of 2BE1 vacuum pump under high vacuum: When use the normal temperature water as working liquid, if the vacuum pump works below 60hPa for a long time, the cavitation prevention valve can be installed to avoid the damage of cavitation to the pump, but the pump at higher vacuum will reduce or even fail to pump. With the P type injector, the pump's working conditions were improved while the pumping volume was increased, and cavitation erosion was eliminated.
