1. New structure: the impeller is arranged symmetrically, the balancing disc mechanism is cancelled, the automatic balancing function is realized, and the traditional structure of multi-stage pump is broken through;
2. New technology: the unique throttling, reducing pressure device and balancing device eliminates the balancing disc mechanism of high pressure drop, easy erosion, wear and failure;
3. High reliability: the symmetrical arrangement of impeller enables the self-phase balance of axial force generated in operation, thus eliminating the need for balancing disc device and minimizing the adverse impact of axial force load on pump wear and system interference. The residual axial force is borne by thrust bearing, so that the pump shaft is always under tension, the axial stress state is uniform, and the stress peak is significantly lower than the traditional pump, so as to improve the rigidity of the pump rotor and critical speed, so that the pump stability and reliability is significantly improved;
4. High efficiency: since the pump rotor has no wear and axial pulsation of the balance plate, the impeller and guide vane are always in the best state for neutral, there is no leakage of the balance plate, the overall operation efficiency of the pump is improved, effectively reduce the shaft power has better performance compared with the traditional pump, and the pump efficiency is improved by 2~14%;
