The 2BWZJQ unit is a new generation of equipment that thermal power and nuclear power condenser vacuum extraction developed through digestion, absorption and innovation on the basis of foreign advanced technology introduced by our company. The main engine adopts the roots pump plus liquid ring vacuum pump technology, which is very suitable for water cooling unit condenser to maintain vacuum.

1, the suction process is divided into two levels, and the first one is pumped by the air-cooled roots pump, and because of the air-cooled dry vacuum pump, the suction is not affected by the temperature of the season, and the suction efficiency is always above 85%.
2. The inlet pressure of the roots vacuum pump is 50Pa, which ensures that the roots vacuum pump group can better maintain and approach the theoretical vacuum value of the condenser than the water ring pump. Therefore more energy saving, effective energy saving under the same inlet pressure can reach more than 70%.
3. Small size, easier to arrange in renovation and new construction projects, and small floor space.

Under three conditions of non-excellent vacuum tightness units and low-load operation units in summer, this device has a higher vacuum value than the original vacuum pump, which makes the vacuum value of the condenser closer to the most economical limit value and reduces the coal consumption of power generation accordingly.
