1 Brief Introduction

In many of the equipment in many industries, such as geological drilling rig in the mud pump, high pressure pump in seawater desalination equipment, high-rise building fire pump and so on, these devices need continuous output high pressure and large flow rate of fluid, due to not solve the problem of hydraulic system of automatic reciprocating, still adopts the traditional mechanical method, causes the bulky equipment, energy consumption and low efficiency. The project "hydraulic automatic reciprocating cylinder" is a national utility model patent, which successfully solves the automatic reciprocating problem of the hydraulic system and makes the adoption of hydraulic technology for the above equipment a reality. This technology is the main actuator of the hydraulic system - cylinder redesign, auxiliary with external control valve, the automatic reciprocation of the cylinder, and reliable work, simple structure, low cost.
2 Range of application
1. The existing mud pump of the hydraulic slurry pump of geological drilling is driven by a motor to drive the crankshaft and connecting rod to push the piston to output mud. In China, there is no professional manufacturer of seawater desalination high-pressure pump. The main reason is: to make high pressure pump to achieve high efficiency, must make some important parts to achieve high machining accuracy, which requires very professional, expensive processing equipment and a lot of processing costs. Therefore, the import of high pressure pump price is very high.
